This pretty lady is the German cover for Dead Beautiful - Deine Seele in mir: Roman, which obviously is Dead beautiful by Yvonne Woon, the rest translates to 'Your soul in me: A Novel'
This is what the book looks here in Blighty
And across the pond in the US it looks like this which is pretty simlair.
I like the softness and the red in the German cover so I think that one wins for me,
