It's simlair to UK vs. US except the UK covers are battling it out with their foreign counterparts from all over the world, because who doesn't love judging books by their covers!

Mist: I love the red and the pattern of the UK cover and the French cover is really pretty so it's hard to say which I like best. I really like the pink dress but I like the closer view we get of the girls face on the UK cover, this week for me is a tie!

Ninfa: I really love the UK cover. The red hair and nails set off the creamy colours very nicely, and it's just really lovely and eye catching. Very simple but beautiful. The French cover is nice but it doesn't stand out the same way. UK wins :)

AM I GOING TO DIE? 17-year-old Grace wakes up in a white room, with table, pens and paper - and no clue how she got there. As Grace pours her tangled life onto the page, she is forced to remember everything she's tried to forget. There's falling hopelessly in love with the gorgeous Nat, and the unravelling of her relationship with her best friend Sal. But there's something missing. As hard as she's trying to remember, is there something she just can't see? Grace must face the most important question of all. Why is she here? A story of dangerous secrets, intense friendships and electrifying attraction.

Anyone who knows me, knows I loved Entangled, which is another one set in London. It was a deeply emotional book for me, with maybe not the most original storyline but it still tells a great story and I really connected with the main character Grace. As hard as she's trying to remember, is there something she just can't see? Grace must face the most important question of all. Why is she here? A story of dangerous secrets, intense friendships and electrifying attraction.

My review:

Wow! I was hooked into this book in the first few pages and was finished less than 24 hours later. I think one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much is because I related so well to the character of Grace, I understood exactly why she did the things she did and how she behaved becasue I've been there myself. She's clearly battling depression, even though she doesn't realise it, she feels lonely but pushes away people closest to her and she can't quite explain why she cuts herself when she's upset. For anyone that doesn't understand 'cutting' either, it's a way of making the pain from inside, that you can't see or do anything about, into a physical pain that can be dealt with. The same as some people drink, smoke or do other things to dull what they're feeling inside.
I thought the writing was wonderful and, later on, really captures the frazzled mind of someone who is depressed and upset and finding it hard to think straight - yet it's still readable.
The story itself is more simple and I guessed pretty easily what was going to happen, but this didn't stop me at all from wanting to get to the end and seeing if I was right.
It was a very emotional book for me and I cried several times, because I've felt how Grace felt, and dealt with it the same way.
And days later the book is still with me.
I urge anyone who hasn't to read it because it really is an excellent insight to what it's like for someone with depression.
                                      

April Books of the month

Well, it's that time of the month again when I pick two books for you to read, and hopefully you go and read them and come back to tell us all what you think lol
First up is my pick from the books I read the month before, which of course is March. This one only just made it since I read it on the last day of the month, but I thought it was excellent and it really 'spoke' to me, so I'd like to share it with all of you,(My review is coming soon) it is:
